From Heathrow Airport
By rail and tube
London Underground (the tube) connects Heathrow Airport directly with central London. This is the cheapest and most convenient way to travel as long as you don't have too much luggage.
For International Hall, take the Piccadilly line to Russell Square (approximately 55 minutes).
A more expensive, but perhaps faster option is the Heathrow Express. This runs every 15 minutes to and from Paddington Station in central London. The journey time is about 15 minutes. From Paddington take the tube - Circle line to Euston Square (approximately 10 minutes) or hop in a black cab (taxi).

By bus
National Express run bus services between the airport terminals and central London. Most buses go to Victoria coach station with the journey time taking up to 1 hour 15 minutes. From here you can catch the Victoria line to Green Park and then the Piccadilly line to Russell Square. It is approximately 15 minutes on the tube to International Hall from Victoria.
From Gatwick Airport
By rail
Thameslink Railway runs train services to Bedford via London, which stops at London St Pancras International. International Hall is just 14 minutes walk from the station.
Alternatively, you could use the Gatwick Express which runs trains every 15 minutes to Victoria. The journey takes about 30 minutes. All trains come into the South Terminal however there is a free inter-terminal transit train every 3 minutes (journey time 2 minutes).
By bus
Gatwick Airport is well connected by National Express coach services to the rest of the UK. The Airbus A5 runs to Victoria from the South Terminal.
From Victoria Station
Use the tube: take the Victoria and Piccadilly lines to Russell Square station which is just 3 mins walk form the International Hall.
From Paddington Station
Use the tube: the Bakerloo line and the Piccadilly line to Russell Square.
From Liverpool Street Station
You can take the tube: the Central Line to Holborn.
By taxi
If you've got too much luggage to carry easily on and off trains or buses, then you might consider a taxi from wherever you are. We recommend using a black cab.
The quickest and easiest way to the LSE from International Hall is on foot. If you wish to take public transport the following options are available:
By Bus
Travel time: 15 to 20 minutes.
Take buses 59, 68, 91, 168, 188 or 68 from Southampton Row. stop B.
By Tube
Travel time : approximately 16 minutes.
Take the Piccadilly line from Russell Square to Holborn.
