From Heathrow
By rail and tube
London Underground (the Tube) connects Heathrow directly with central London. This is the cheapest convenient method of transport as long as you don't have too much luggage.
For Carr-Saunders take the Piccadilly line to Hammersmith and change to the Hammersmith and City line eastbound to Great Portland Street (approx 1 hour 15 minutes).

By bus
National Express run bus services between the terminals and central London. Most go to Victoria from where you can catch the Victoria line to Warren Street. The trip to Victoria can take up to 1 hour 15 minutes and the another 10 minutes by tube.
