Available for 2016-17 are 31 week, 38 week, 40 week and 50 week contracts. 40 week contracts are only available in University of London Intercollegiate Halls and Sidney Webb House.

Please note that in 2017, Week 0 of Lent Term begins on 02 January, which is a UK Bank Holiday.

Contract dates

31 week contract:

Sunday 18 September - Saturday 10 December 2016 (Michaelmas term)
Monday 02 January - Saturday 25 March 2017 (Lent term)
Sunday 23 April - Saturday 10 June 2017 (Summer term)

38 week contract:

Start date: Sunday 18 September 2016; End date: Saturday 10 June 2017

40 week contract:

Start date: Sunday 18 September 2016; End date: Saturday 24 June 2017

50 week contract:

Start date: Sunday 18 September 2016; End date: Saturday 02 September 2017

Contracts lengths and vacations

31 week contracts exclude the Christmas, Easter and Summer vacations.
38 week contracts include the Christmas and Easter vacations but not the Summer vacation.
40 week contracts include the Christmas and Easter vacations but not the Summer vacation and are available in University of London Halls of Residence or Sidney Webb House only.
50 week contracts include the Christmas, Easter and Summer vacations.
