A project of the Center for Research Libraries and the University of Chicago. It provides free access to a wealth of online materials including manuscript and historic book titles, some with full text, and official statistics.

SAVIFA: Virtual Library South Asia
Searchable catalogue of Internet sites maintained by the University of Heidelberg. Includes journals, organisations and primary sources. The site contains annotated notes on content. Strong coverage of German and other European language resources.
