Environmental Impact is a single comprehensive bibliographic information resource on climate change and other influences of humans on the biosphere.
The GreenFILE database indexes journal articles, government documents and papers covering a wide range of subject areas relating to the interaction of human beings with the environment.
RUDI is a virtual library which provides access to articles and resources relating to all aspects of urban design. This includes coverage of city architecture, good practise in urban design, architecture and the relationship between the built environment and social interaction.
Geobase provides references to articles from over 2,000 academic journals covering all areas of the geographical and ecological sciences. This includes materials relating to physical geography and the environment. Materials generally date from 1980 onwards.
The Library has an impressive collection of data and statistics sources. Although some are only available to current LSE staff and students, the Datalibrary contains a wide range of easily accessible datasets:
Microdata - Government surveys, longitudinal data and opinion polls
