Journal articles and online resources

Journal articles

Summon| is a fast and intuitive Library search system that enables you to search a wide range of LSE Library content, including journal articles, all in one place.

In addition, our databases cover materials from a wide range of publishers and will provide more information than you could retrieve from a single publisher's ejournal site. As not all resources are available via Summon|, we also recommended searching individual databases.

  • Some databases will link to the full text of article - look for the orange LSE Article Finder button  articlefinder; others will give you bibliographic details only.
  • Databases can also include information on book reviews, book chapters, grey literature, government reports, theses and so on.
  • Do not assume a simple Google search will find all articles.
