The Library is trialling a new policy on fines|. If you have an overdue loan you will no longer be charged a fine – but you won’t be able to borrow anything else until your overdue book is returned or renewed. The Library would like to hear your views- please take a moment to take part in this short survey.|

Following the opening of The Women's Library @ LSE| Reading Room work on phase 2 of the project to create an Exhibition Space and Teaching and Activity Room has now commenced. Find details on the project here|.

The Library has a limited number of lockers| which are available for LSE students to use during the 2014/15 academic year.
 
Due to expected high demand for the lockers, we will allocate them randomly following a ballot. If students would like to enter the ballot, they should send an email to Library.Locker.Enquiries@lse.ac.uk| by Friday 24 October 2014.

The Library has opened 36 additional study spaces in the Course Collection| on the ground floor of the Library. The changes came following feedback from LSE students to increase the amount of quiet study space available to them.
