About me

I joined the LSE Law Department in 2017 as an LSE Fellow. I have previously studied for a doctorate in law at the University of Oxford, for LL.M. degrees from Harvard Law School and Stockholm University, and for an M.Sc. in economics and business from the Stockholm School of Economics. My prior experience also includes a few years of practicing corporate and securities law with a leading New York law firm and investment banking in London.

Research interests

My near-term research interests include studying (i) when legislation aimed at changing companies' behaviour is successful (with a particular focus on corporate disclosure obligations), (ii) the impact of technological progress on how companies function, and whether and how this technological progress necessitates legal responses, and (iii) the future of capital markets and their regulation.
