How to contact us

Staff in the Student Services Centre  can answer general questions or refer you on to specialist teams as appropriate.

If your query is related to fees, financial support, immigration or admissions, you may be referred to specialist drop-in sessions

LSE Welcome Presentations

Welcome Presentations are given by senior LSE staff and representatives from the Students' Union. This is your opportunity to learn more about the LSE community and our opportunity to welcome you to it, including valuable information about the wealth of support available to you while studying at LSE.

These sessions are different those held in your academic department, which may also be compulsory, so please make sure you attend both.

Date, time and location

The date and time of  Welcome Presentations vary depending on your level of study and your academic department.

Download the Welcome Presentations Schedule schedule for further details.

Every effort is taken to ensure that the Welcome Presentation schedule is correct, but please check back at the beginning of Welcome Week in case of any changes.

Late arrivals

All students are expected to attend their scheduled LSE Welcome Presentation. If for any reason you expect to arrive after Welcome Week, be sure to review the Late Arrivals pages for information on what you need to do. Recordings and slideshows from the LSE Welcome Presentations will be made available on the Late Arrivals webpage during the first few weeks of Michaelmas Term.
