How to contact us

Staff in the Student Services Centre  can answer general questions or refer you on to specialist teams as appropriate.

If your query is related to fees, financial support, immigration or admissions, you may be referred to specialist drop-in sessions

Campus tours and help points

Help Points are staffed by student helpers who can help answer any questions that you may have. The help points will also be loaded with useful materials and are a great place to go for advice during Welcome Week!

There will be a Help Points on campus every day during Welcome Week. You can find it on the John Watkins Plaza (outside the LSE Library).

There will also be roaming student helpers, who can also help answer any questions that you may have and point you in the right direction if you get lost. They can be easily identified by their teal green Welcome Week t-shirts.

Student-led campus tours take place throughout Welcome Week, helping you to get to know the campus from a student perspective.

Tours leave every twenty minutes from opposite the Old Building, every day from 10am - 3:30pm throughout Welcome Week. Look out for helpers in the teal Welcome Week t-shirts and the campus tours sign!

There is no need to book, just turn up!

If you're arriving before or after Welcome Week, or if you'd just rather get to know the place at your own pace, you can download our LSExplorer instead!

These fun tours of LSE's historic surroundings will take you off campus and back in time! A professional tour guide will teach you all about the history of neighbouring Lincoln's Inn, the infamous Sweeney Todd of Fleet Street and more!

Local History Tours will operate on Tuesday 15 - Friday 18 September for early arrivals and from Monday 21 - Thursday 24 September during Welcome Week. Booking is not essential, but will guarantee a place.
