Visiting the SSC
The SSC Advice and Reception Team staff the SSC Counter during opening hours and act as the first point of contact for advice on a wide range of general enquiries. (See the link for details)
Please note that you will be asked to present your Student ID card or another official form of photo ID (ie, passport or driver's license) when collecting documents or accessing services.
If you should require specialist assistance, the Advice and Reception Team may refer you to a drop-in session so that you can discuss your circumstances face-to-face and in depth with the appropriate member of staff.
Documents or forms to be submitted to the SSC can be left in the drop-box located along the wall. Look for the black signs for undergraduates and postgraduate students.
The Fees Office also has a drop box in the SSC, where you can submit fee payments by cheque or forms that should be specifically completed by the Fees Office. Look for the yellow drop-box signs on the wall.
Drop boxes are emptied once daily (weekdays only).
