Drop-in sessions

Drop-in sessions offer an opportunity to discuss your circumstances face-to-face with specialist staff.

There is no need to wait in the general enquiries queue, you can go directly to where the drop-in provider is located along the SSC counter. 

Drop-in dates/times are subject to change. Please check for cancellations below, or on the relevant service's webpage. Please be aware that drop-in sessions are not held when the Student Services Centre is closed

Graduate Admissions

Graduate Admissions can answer questions about admission to LSE from prospective applicants and offer holders.

They operate using a sign-up sheet: please add your name to the waiting list and then take a seat until you are called forward. Please note that Graduate Admissions may only be able to meet with a limited number of visitors during their drop-in at peak periods. Visitors are encouraged to arrive early to avoid disappointment.  Visit the Graduate Admissions "getting in touch" webpage for drop-in times and further information.

Undergraduate Admissions

Undergraduate Admissions can answer questions about admission to LSE from prospective applicants and offer holders.

They no longer hold drop-in sessions in the Student Services Centre.  Visitors are instead encouraged to visit their office between 9:30am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, in room 6.01 in Tower 1.

International Student Immigration Service (ISIS)

The International Student Immigration Service (ISIS) can advise students on the student immigration rules.

Check the ISIS - How do I get Advice Page before attending a drop-in session to learn how they work and to check for up-to-date drop-in session time changes or cancellation advice.

They operate using a sign-up sheet: please add your name to the waiting list and then take a seat until you are called forward.

If you wish to contact a member of the ISIS team outside of these drop-in sessions, please use their web query form.

Fees Office

The Fees Office can answer questions about tuition fees and loans.

They operate their own queuing system at the opposite end of the Student Services Centre to the general enquiries queue. There is no need to sign up in advance - just turn up.

There is no need to wait in the General Enquiries queue. Just look for the sign advertising the Fees Office and queue from there.

Financial Support Office

The Financial Support Office can advise on scholarships, awards and emergency funding.

They operate using a sign-up sheet: please add your name to the waiting list and then take a seat until you are called forward.
