Intermediate transcripts are available for continuing students, ie students who have not yet graduated but who have completed at least one year of study. Examples of such students include 3rd year undergraduates with published results for years 1 and 2, or graduate students on the 2nd year of a 2-year programme who have results published for year 1.
An intermediate transcript will contain the following information:
Your full name
Your date of birth
Your student number
The title and subject of your programme of study
The details of the modules studied and the marks awarded (including any fail marks)
Expected completion date
Language of instruction and assessment
Students in their final year of study will be notified via their LSE email account once they are able to access their official final transcript.
Students in their first (or only) year of study who require confirmation of the modules being taken in the current academic year should email their request to Registry.
Intermediate transcripts are free of charge and are normally issued within 3 working days of Registry receiving your request.
How to Order
To request a hard copy intermediate transcript, please go to Hard Copy Transcript request.
Please note that, to allow results to be processed effectively, the transcript ordering facility is closed from mid-June each year. Finalists will be issued with their official final transcript shortly after results publication; and this system will re-open for continuing undergraduate students in late July and for continuing graduate students in late November. Until the system re-opens continuing students may wish to request a Certificate of Registration as an alternative method of confirming their student status.
