Transcripts

About transcripts

Transcripts (both for current students and alumni) contain the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your date of birth
  • Your student number
  • The title and subject of your programme of study
  • The class of degree or other award obtained (if applicable)
  • The details of the modules studied and the marks awarded (including any fail marks)
  • Start date
  • Completion date (or expected completion date)
  • Graduation date (if applicable)
  • Language of instruction and assessment
  • An explanation of current module grading schemes. For information on previous grading schemes please see Key to transcript grading.

Transcripts issued for alumni who graduated from July 2012 also include: 

  • Distribution of classifications at degree programme level for the academic year you were awarded and for the particular programme you studied.
  • Distribution of marks at course level for the academic year(s) you took them.
  • A list of any prizes awarded throughout study.
  • Ranking information for students who were ranked at the top of their course(s).
  • Ranking information for students who were placed in the top 10% of their course(s).

 Transcripts DO NOT contain:

  • Aggregates
  • Classification scheme details
  • Syllabus details
  • Programme transfer details

Please note that the School does not issue certified copies of transcripts.
