Graduate Programme Registration

Registration Schedule

The date of your registration will have been confirmed in your offer letter.

If you are required to register early (before 18th September) to attend a pre-sessional course as part of your programme you can confirm the time and location by checking the pre-sessional registration schedule.

Registration for all other graduate students will take place in the Hong Kong Theatre (Clement House) on Friday 18th, Monday 21st, Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd September 2015. Times and dates for each programme are shown in the Taught Masters Registration Schedule. Please make every effort to register during your allocated slot.

Please be aware that you cannot register before your allocated registration slot. If you arrive before your allocated registration slot you will be turned away.

Research students should check with the Research Degrees Unit for their registration schedule.

Before Leaving Home

In order to avoid delaying your registration, please ensure that you have submitted all required admissions documents before you arrive at the School. Graduate Admissions will be available at registration but it will slow your registration if you need to submit documents to them first. If you do have outstanding documents it would be sensible to bring copies with you.

You can check the status of your offer and any submitted documents through the Graduate Application Tracker, which you can access through your LSE for You account.

The acceptance of your offer and your Financial Undertaking Form should be submitted via  LSE for You.

Please also make sure that you have collated all of the  necessary documents required for registration.

What can I do if I miss my scheduled registration time?

We expect you to register on time. In some exceptional circumstances it may, however, be possible for you to register late.

All Graduate students must have registered by 30th October but some programmes have earlier cut-off dates. If you are going to register late you must contact your academic deaprtartment to dicusss when you can register.

If you are allowed to register after 9th October you should go to the Student Services Centre between 11.30am and 3.30pm. Student Services is located on the Ground Floor of the Old Building.

Visit Late Arrivals for tips on settling in if you miss your scheduled Registration time.
