Tan Kah Kee Foundation Postgraduate Scholarship
The Foundation has been awarding Postgraduate Scholarship since 1983. The scholarships are open to Singapore citizens and permanent residents who are pursuing full-time Master degree or PhD in any discipline, regardless of race or religion. Candidates are appraised on their academic achievements, outstanding personal character and bilingual capabilities. The scholarship will be awarded annually and is bond-free.

Ukraine
WorldWideStudies Scholarships
The Victor Pinchuk Foundation is offering scholarships for Ukrainian students commencing a one or two year Master's degree at the world’s best universities. It provides grants up to US$50,000 , covering not more than 60% of the overall cost for Ukrainians until the age of 35 who want to pursue a Master’s Degree in: agricultural studies, environmental studies, law, public administration, alternative energies and aerospace engineering.
Applicants must demonstrate excellence, leadership, and a commitment to return to Ukraine to work for at least 5 years. Also, they must have been accepted by the university of their choice.
