Drop in Sessions - change to days available

The Financial Support Office will be closed from Friday 25th August 12.30pm, reopening on Tuesday 29th August for the Bank Holiday. There will be no drop in session on either Friday 25th August or Monday 28th August 2017.

For the whole of Lent and Summer Term 2017 we are only holding drop-in sessions on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays. The drop-in is from 1pm - 2pm at the  Student Services Centre

Summer Term Cheques can be collected from the Student Services Centre. More information on maintenance/cheque payments from Financial Support can be found here

Graduate Support Scheme 2017/18

The LSE Graduate Financial Support application scheme is now closed for 2017/18 entry. We can not accept any further applications for funding. 

The Graduate Support Scheme is now open for applications for the 2017/18 session. Awards from the Graduate Support Scheme range in value from £5,000 up to a maximum of £15,000.

Applications are made via a link in LSE for You, which is provided once you have made your application for admission to the School.  

If you are not offered a Graduate Support Scheme award, the same application will be used to consider you for any other LSE Awards for which you are eligible.

Michaelmas Term 

Maintenance cheques are now ready for collection from the Student Services Centre.

Please remember you must be registered and bring your student ID card with you when you come to collect. If you have any queries please email financial-support@lse.ac.uk

For students with maintenance stipends from LSE, your stipend will be split across the three terms. In order to reflect the earlier start of term we have split awards as evenly as possible over the academic session.

If you are returning to LSE after a break or progressing after repeating a year contact us at financial-support@lse.ac.uk if you are unsure of how to access the LSE bursary.

The scheduled payment dates are listed below, but please note that payments take approximately 5 working days to show in the recipients bank account from the scheduled payment date.
