Welcome to the home page of the Financial Support Office, which is situated within LSE's Student Services Centre.  The Financial Support Office is responsible for administering School funds and a variety of scholarships, studentships, prizes and awards

LSE Graduate Bursaries 2015/16

LSE is delighted to announce 230 new LSE Graduate Bursaries| of £10,000 supported jointly by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) and the School.

Student Finance for 2015/16

The launch of the new SFE application cycle for Academic Year 2015/16 is now open. Student Finance have requested that all students get their applications finished and submitted in line with the deadlines below:

Application Deadlines

Student Finance England -  New students 31 May,  Continuing students 30 June

Student Finance Wales - New students 15 May, Continuing students 5 June

Student Finance Northern Ireland - New students 17 April, Continuing students 30 June

The application service for EU Students will launch on 23 February

Lent Term

There will be no drop in service on the Wednesday 22nd April 2015 due to all staff being involved in the Offer Holders Open Day.

Please note that the Student Services Centre will also be closed on the afternoon of Friday 25th April for staff training, so there will be no drop in services.

Lent Term cheques are now ready for collection from the Student Services Centre|. Please remember to bring your student ID card with you when you come to collect. If you have any queries please email financial-support@lse.ac.uk|

Student Finance for 2014/15

UK and EU undergraduates (all years): if you who have not yet finalised your student loans and grants with Student Finance, please log in to your account with them and resolve any outstanding issues. 

If you are returning to LSE after a break or progressing after repeating a year contact us at financial-support@lse.ac.uk| if you are unsure of how to access the LSE bursary.

The bursary payments take approximately 5 working days to show in the recipients bank account from the scheduled payment date.

Michaelmas Term, Friday 17 October 2014

Lent Term, Friday 23 January 2015

Summer Term, Monday 11 May 2015
