My name is Nicola Morgan and I am the warden at urbanest Westminster Bridge, as well as Deputy Advice Manager at the Student Services Centre. As warden, I am responsible for ensuring that you have a positive student experience, a safe time living at the residence and that we all have a pleasant life together.
urbanest Westminster Bridge is our newest residence and lies just a 25 minute walk away from LSE (and an even shorter bicycle, bus or tube ride). With an incredible central location overlooking Westminster Bridge, our hall offers spectacular views of the Thames, the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and the London Eye.
The residence is managed by urbanest UK Limited, an independent service provider. urbanest staff manage the hall on a daily basis, including for maintenance and cleaning requests, and help ensure that everything runs smoothly. urbanest also put on a fantastic series of events throughout the year which will help you to explore the local area.
Nearby to urbanest Westminster Bridge is the Southbank Centre incorporating the National Theatre, the Hayward Gallery, the Royal Festival Hall and many vibrant bars and restaurants. We’re also just a 15 minute walk away from Downing Street and a 25 minute walk away from Buckingham Palace.
I will be your first point of contact in cases of any welfare concerns. Please contact me if you have any issues that need to be addressed, such as with flatmates, personal problems, financial issues, safety, concerns about living in London, etc. In the spirit of ensuring a pleasant living environment for us all, I am also responsible for student discipline. I am also the person to contact for permission to organise parties in your flat, or to have visitors stay over for more than three nights.
