CMS and editorial surgeries

CMS web surgeries

These drop-in sessions offer technical support and guidance on using the CMS and are run by the production team:

Mondays - 3pm to 4.30pm 
Thursdays - 11am to 1pm
Room - TW3 3.02

The production team –  Richard Meheux, Arthur Wadsworth and Enda Coyle – can offer technical help during these surgeries. If you have a problem and it can't wait for a surgery, email us at webeditors.enquiries@lse.ac.uk| and drop by. This is time we dedicate to helping LSE's contributors, so you are very welcome to come along.

Editorial content web surgeries

These are run to support the development and management of your web content. By arrangement: for an editorial web content surgery with Catherine Bellamy, c.bellamy@lse.ac.uk|. These are often run on Wednesdays, 2.30pm to 4.30pm but other arrangements can be made.

At these you can get advice on:

  • your overall web presence and what is available to improve it 
  • editorial best practice including editorial management
  • quick fixes for editorial conundrums
  • best use of templates to promote your key messages
  • an action plan for further work
