Overview
Contributors produce web pages using the CMS. The content used is supplied by the relevant author(s). Web pages are produced in accordance with the plans of the relevant managing editor and senior contributor(s).
Contributors also ensure that web pages produced and provided are done so in accordance with standards established by Web Services (ie quality assurance) and work with the managing editor to achieve this.
Responsibilities

Produce (create/edit) and provide (publish) web pages (and other web resources if relevant) using the CMS.

Quality control (eg proof reading, copy editing, link checking) web pages produced and provided.

Communicate and co-operate with editors and authors to ensure work and supporting processes are both effective and efficient.

Maintain regular contact with Web Services to ensure that production and provision is in accordance with Web Services' standards and plans, and that best use is made of Web Services' services (eg Web Surgeries) and systems (eg CMS).
