General Course students wishing to transfer to LSE

Please note that from 2013/14 onwards General Course students are no longer able to transfer directly into an undergraduate degree at LSE.

General Course (GC) students come to the School for a year. Whereas in previous years, there was a substantial number of GC students applying to transfer to complete their degree at LSE, from 2013/14 such transfer will no longer be allowed. GC students will now be expected to return to their home institutions once they have completed teir studies at LSE.

LSE100: Students transferring into the second year will not be eligible to take LSE100. This is because it is a first year level course spread over two years; students entering in the second year will have missed half of the course.
