Health, well-being and work-life balance

  • Working hours - Standard full-time working week for staff on Salary Bands 1-5 is 35 hours per week (excluding lunch breaks). NB Members of staff at Salary Bands 6-10 will normally be expected to work such hours and such days as are required to fulfil the responsibilities of their contract.
