The revised HERA record can be submitted at any point throughout the year when the responsibilities of the role have increased. This is for support staff at all salary bands.
Please allow up to four weeks for evaluation. Any changes will normally be effective from the date the review was submitted. Given the regular cycle of the HERA review process, it is not expected that there will be significant backdating of any changes that are approved.
