The School prefers that discipline is voluntary and self-imposed and in the majority of cases it is. However, from time to time it may be necessary to take action against individuals if behaviour or performance is not acceptable.
The purpose of the Disciplinary Procedures are to provide a formal means of helping and encouraging employees to achieve and maintain acceptable standards of conduct, attendance and job performance.
Any managers that may be involved in a disciplinary issue are strongly encouraged to contact their HR Partner for guidance.
