Holiday for hourly paid staff

Hourly paid staff are paid holiday hours, in addition to those actually worked, in proportion to the holiday allowance (annual leave, bank holidays and School closure days) of salaried staff. Hourly-paid staff generally work part-time and, according to the terms of their contract, holiday hours are generally taken in the same month as they are accrued, and payment is made for holiday hours at the same time as payment is made for hours actually worked.
