Changing jobs and joining any organisation as a new member of staff is often exciting but not always easy. With a new workplace to find your way around, new people to meet and new ways of working to come to terms with, it is important to provide an effective induction at both organisational and local level.
The School runs a number of induction programmes to welcome and support new staff and help induct them into the School.
