LSE Staff Survey 2015
LSE ran a staff survey from mid-November until mid-December 2015. The survey has now closed and all responses are being analysed by Aon Hewitt, the consultancy running the survey, and results will be announced in February 2016.
We had an overall response rate of 59%, thank you to everyone who completed the survey. To view the most response rates in your area, please click here.
The staff survey project is being overseen by a Steering Group of representatives from across the School and chaired by Professor Robin Mansell, Deputy Director and Provost.
The last Staff Survey in 2012 resulted in a School-wide action plan, along with a number of local plans. Although a number of good outcomes have happened as a result of the last survey, insufficient arrangements were made for monitoring the School-level action plan. To remedy this, the terms of reference for the Staff Survey Steering Group have been extended to play a more active role in action planning and to monitor progress against plans across the School.
