HR Systems

HR Information & Systems are responsible for the development and maintenance of a number of key business databases and reporting tools.

These include ResourceLink, Oracle Forms, Business Objects and WCN. If you need access to any of these systems please complete one of our systems access forms| or email hr.systems@lse.ac.uk|.

ResourceLink

The Pay and HR Information & Systems teams use the ResourceLink database to store employee data. ResourceLink is primarily used by the HR division, although some of the information within it is available to the wider School through Oracle Forms (see below).

Oracle Forms

Departmental Managers and Heads of Divisions can request access to an Oracle Form that provides read-only access to some of the HR data that is stored in ResourceLink (for employees in their department/division only).

To request access please complete our systems access form and return to  HR Information & Systems.

Business Objects

Business Objects is the HR Department's main report-writing tool used to provide the School with up-to-date Management Information.

Although not available to the wider School, many reports produced by Business Objects are available through the Management Information page. Alternatively, contact HR Information & Systems to discuss your reporting needs.

WCN

WCN is a HR tool for tracking and managing the online recruitment process. WCN can be accessed through the LSE website from anywhere where there is an internet connection, allowing selection committee members to read job applications remotely, without needing to collect them from HR or receive them by post.
