How can I gain access to the system?
Direct access to the system is limited to Human Resources staff only. However, local managers can gain access to some HR data using Oracle Forms. Access can be requested here.
I require further training - how can I request this?
The HR Information & Systems team will endeavour to train all HR staff in the use of the system at the point of joining, However, if you feel you could benefit from a refresher, a member of the team will be happy to assist.
My password doesn't work - can it be reset?
Yes! No problem! Simply email a member of the team.
Is there a manual?
Yes! a series of how-to guides have been produced by the team and are available on request.
I need access to some specific data held in the system - who can I ask?
Information from the system can be provided in an ad-hoc fashion through reporting. However, if you need regular access to HR data, access to Oracle Forms can be requested here.
