Northumberland House staff accommodation

Northumberland House bedroom

Just moments from Trafalgar Square and within a 15 minute walk of the School, Northumberland House is truly in the heart of London. Located on Northumberland Avenue which links the River Thames with Trafalgar Square, the Victorian building features a wealth of history with high ceilings, helping to provide a feeling of spaciousness.

Accommodation types

En suite bedrooms
Furnished accommodation with either single or double beds, desk and chair and private bathroom with shower. Sleeps one or two people. Located on the 10th floor, the rooms are bright with neutral décor with some rooms possessing stunning views of Trafalgar Square, Big Ben and The London Eye. Approximate size 10-12m².
 
Executive en suite rooms
Furnished accommodation with double bedroom, sitting area with dining table and chairs, working desk, bathroom with shower. Sleeps one or two people. Located on the 8th and 10th floor with windows giving 180 degree views, the rooms are bright with neutral décor. Approximate size 18-20m².
 
One bedroom apartment
Furnished accommodation featuring a lounge/dining room area, one double bedroom, bathroom and fully functional  kitchen. The lounge comes with comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The kitchen is  fully fitted and contains an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and all the pots and pans. Sleeps one to two people. Located on the 9th floor, the apartment is bright with neutral décor. Approximate size: 30-35m².

Contract and payment details

The accommodation is primarily available for long stays of 28 days or more, with a maximum stay of 52 weeks.

Rates are inclusive of utility charges, services (except external phone calls). Guests are responsible for council tax and VAT where applicable. Payment is accepted by LSE IDN, credit and debit cards (not American Express, JCB or Diners) or by UK bank transfer.  An accommodation agreement  must be completed prior to arrival, where applicable.
