Booking a room
Reservations can be made through our online booking system and also by telephone 020 7955 7023
Rates and payment
You will be required to pay a deposit in order to secure your booking. This can be paid immediately, using your credit/debit card details, or if you are paying by bank transfer/cheque/LSE internal debit (IDN), please notify us at the time of booking instead

For stays of 28 days or more a deposit of 28 days rent is due on booking, rent is then payable monthly in advance

For stays of between 7 and 27 days, full payment is required at the time of booking*

For stays of six nights or less, full payment is required at the time of booking*
*all payment plans, must be agreed by the Staff Accommodation Co-ordinator prior to arrival.
All deposit payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
Ways to pay
Online payment via our booking system
Our online booking system accepts payment via credit/debit card (excluding American Express)
Bank transfers
Transfers are by request and need to be cleared prior to arrival. A proforma invoice will contain our bank details.
Cheque payments by post
Cheque payments by post are possible, but please contact Staff Accommodation Co-ordinator, Samantha Da-Costa s.e.da-costa@lse.ac.uk before sending.
Other payment methods
Where payments are made by LSE internal debit (IDN) we require written authorisation from the budget holder within 14 days of the booking being made, or by arrival if this is sooner. If we do not receive this authorisation, your booking will be cancelled without notice
