• Financial systems - APTOS – APTOS is the School's accounting system. It records and processes all the School's income, expenditure, assets and liabilities. The EAS Excel add-in allows budget holders to access budgetary information via a spreadsheet, named "Statements4". Training is available and advisable.  Courses are run regularly from and are publicised by Staff Training and Development. Also, please see the NEWS section on Statements4 report. To set up Statements4 on your computer, contact the IMT service desk.
