Britain slips down world rankings for universities
The Daily Telegraph, 05/03/2013, p.14, Graeme Paton
The table, based on the academic reputation of universities across the world, places Oxford and Cambridge in the top 10. Five other universities, Imperial College London, University College London, the London School of Economics, Edinburgh and Manchester, are in the top 50. But the table, published by Times Higher Education magazine, shows that other big names have lost ground.
