"A section of bridge pushed into the hillside where the I-110 crosses the L.A. river. A long cave of massive graffitied pillars, people living deep in its shadows, watching me. Cars lie twisted and rusting at the far end, the risk of hurtling ourselves through space, sometimes launching into it."
