How the photo relates to the theme of 'risk':
"Like the works of Alfred Stieglitz and the avant-garde of photography, this photo represents the new age and new millennium - the emergence of the East as the vanguard of thinking and evolution instead of West. Instead of looking at Stieglitz's hegemonic structures captured in platinum, the monument, from within the walls of a mosque, stares sharply at you, at an abstract angle - the curvature of the arch as well as of the characters combine to create a metaphor for a confusing new age, illinearity, and a blinding light for man's collapsable path."
