"Nearly 1 billion people still don't have access to clean drinking water. Dirty, diseased water and the shortage of even that, is the greatest risk facing the developing world today. This photo was taken in Rwanda, one of the most water stressed African countries - during a summer that saw one of the greatest water shortages in decades."
