KEEPS is a unique collection of paintings by young people from around the world. The paintings represent what is the most important thing in their lives
KEEPS was originally organised by a group of LSE students from DESTIN in 2006-07, when over 20 students visited children from countries across the globe and got them to paint what they though was most important to them. Their imagination and sensitivity was impressive... so much that we decided to do it all again this year!
The project aims to explore the common ties and the disparities between children from different cultures and backgrounds. It is a dialogue through artistic expression and allows us a glimpse into the thoughts of today's children.
The exhibition will run from the 21st May 2008- 2nd June 2008
