The LSESU Literature Society is responsible for spreading a love of literature across campus. Amidst banners of economics and politics, the society seeks to promote an interest in literature and writing among the many talented students that go to LSE. The society is particularly well known for its open-mic nights, jazz evenings, poetry recitals, weekly Book Club and Writer's Group, and above all its annual publication of creative writing in the form of The MUSE (now in its fifth year of publication). We welcome students from all backgrounds, regardless of whether or not you have formally studied English Literature, and promises to make you feel right at home and perhaps even bring out that budding writer/poet/actor hidden in you!
