This picture was taken by Jenny Jackman, a postgraduate student in the Social Policy Department. It was taken in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
In Dhaka we had the rare opportunity to explore Bangladesh parliament, an imposing and beautiful building. You aren't allowed to take photos inside the building and you must hand over all photography equipment at security (cameras and phones), oddly however, the one thing you are allowed (and encouraged) to do is to go fishing on a small boat in the parliament's moat.
