This picture was entered into Photo Prize 2014 by Urvashi Singh, a postgraduate student in the Gender Institute.
Taken from the Dal lake, I have tried to capture a rare sight of the sky and the earth meeting through the medium of water, which mirrors the sky above it. The photo also creates an illusion of inversion. Does a reflection invert our image? Or are we ourselves inverted?
