This photo was taken in Kibera, Kenya. I love the girl's eyes in this photo, full of curiosity and innocence. The kids in Kibera loved having their photos taken, they were all so happy despite their simple lifestyles and poor living conditions.
It was as surreal experience to see the largest urban slum in Africa against the backdrop of a bustling Nairobi city and just goes to show the extent of inequality within development.
