The living roots bridge is intricately assembled by the roots of the Ficus Elastica tree, perched effortlessly above a river. It is over 100 feet long, exceptionally strong and regularly used by the War-Khasi tribe. For me, this bridge brings to life the might and generosity of Mother Nature.
