This picture was taken by Karen Ngo, a postgraduate student from the Department of Social Policy. It was taken in Paris in November 2011.
While looking for a bridge to cross the Seine River to get to the Eiffel Tower, I ran into this lovely building with architecture comparable to the Parthenon. Unlike the Parthenon, it had been defaced with litter and graffiti. To remember it, I took this photograph with my digital camera.
