This picture was taken by Alexandre Grcic Dalyac, an undergraduate Student in the Department of Economic History and a member of the French society. It was taken in September 2010, in the Cyclades Islands, Greece.
The sea looks deep and engulfing; the islands are being swallowed up by the deep blue. The boy is on the brink of meeting the same fate, and yet he seems to have found some kind of harmony and balance in this unstable pose.
