This picture speaks a million words about the modern African State. States are trying hard to combat practices that have remained unsanctioned for too long. Strong and good intentions will surely bring about positive change in society. I took this picture to show the hope I have in the African State, being African myself. This picture was taken while I was driving on the main road in one of the towns of Mauritius.
