Green Stars

This photo was taken by Sarah Zouheir, she is doing a MSc in Regional and Urban Planning - Dual Degree with SciencesPo (Paris). This photo was taken of the River Thames, somewhere next to Canary Wharf in October 2009.

I was walking with some friends along the River and we were struck by these green lights. The atmosphere is, in a way, ghostly and enigmatic. It contrasts with the vibrant image that we have of the financial district which is not very far and where a lot of things happen everyday.
