This photo was taken by Guo Xianguang, an undergraduate student in the Economics Department. This photo was taken at Charles De Gaulle Airport in Paris on 15th April 2010.

'I was stranded in the connection area because of the Icelandic volcano eruption. Flights kept arriving and more passengers realised their connection flights got cancelled. So they turned to the customer service counter as appeared in the photo. I waited for 15 hours to got my 2-day visa in France.'
