This photo was taken by Ananya Roy, a postgraduate studying an MSc  in NGO's & Development . The photo was taken in Mauritius, December 2007.

'A large percentage of the Mauritian population is Hindu, 'Ganga Talao' is their equivalent of the River Ganges. Located at the top of a dormant volcano, the depth of the water is unknown, and everything about the place makes for a beautiful picture.'
