This photo was taken by  Gemma Hillidge, undergraduate in the Department of Mathematics. The photo was taken in Paris, June 2008.

'The Arc de Troimphe was an amazing sight of Paris, situated within a very busy part of town one has to dodge the traffic to reach the arc. The battle scenes carves onto the arc are very lifelike and striking.'
