'It is many people's dream in the fast-pacing and over-populated Hong Kong to have their own space and do something they are really interested in. It is probable some people's unreachable dream to read a book on a spacious ferry over the harbour, which may be soon ruined by the reclamation plan, at eleven in the morning.'
